The metallic core is formed of a hot-galvanized mild steel wire with adherent and uniform coating which guarantees perfect adhesion of the plastic and absolute protection. The external PVC coating is firmly glued to the metallic wire with high resistance resins which, together with the excellent mechanical properties of the plastic used, prevent any flaws or detachment of the coating even under the heaviest working conditions. The perfect adhesion of the plastic with the wire is carried out by means of the sintering process done with highly perfected equipment which guarantees top quality.
